Microsoft 365 – Office 365 Cloud Office Productivity

Microsoft Office 365 is the new Microsoft platform for distributing its Office Productivity suite.

Microsoft has moved its entire suite of Office Productivity products to a single cloud based platform, combining best-in-class applications, with intelligent cloud services, advanced security and cloud storage. This provides end users with an identical platform to design, discuss and collaborate. The cloud infrastructure, takes care of changes, rewrites as well as allowing multiple editors and versions to be created of important business workflows.

These products differ from your traditional Microsoft Licensing arrangement, whereby you pay either monthly or yearly on a per user basis to access all your Microsoft products. This ensures you are always up to date and are only paying for the number of users you need at any point in time.

PIP has been a Microsoft partner since the 80s. Our partnership with Microsoft allows us to resell to you our clients all Microsoft 365 licenses typically at a discounted rate.

Microsoft 365, is primarily designed to run either as either a completely cloud based application or a hybrid deployment of on-premise and cloud based. Although you can still run this model entirely on premise if required.

The models start from a simple Exchange Email account all the way through to complete integration and incorporation with your hosted AZURE cloud hosted applications.

The Microsoft Office 365 Standard Business product is the typical base subscription for our small business and medium business clients. This product has all the typical applications you are used to, plus the added advantage of Microsoft cloud and collaborative applications; SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
