Business Phones & VoIP Handsets – Yealink Authorised Reseller

Yealink phones. Configured before they arrive.

Plug in. Done. We did the rest.

Authorised Yealink reseller. Not a grey importer.

Australian warranty. Sydney installation.

No instruction sheet. We train your staff.

The phones arrive configured.
You plug them in. That’s it.

Buying IP phones online is straightforward. Getting them to actually work — correct extensions, voicemail boxes set up, BLF keys mapped to the right staff, PoE running on the right switch ports — is where most businesses hit a wall.

PIP is an authorised Yealink reseller, which means phones come with genuine Australian warranty and current firmware. It also means every handset is configured by the same team deploying your VoIP system, before the phones arrive at your site.

Yealink Phone Range

T-Series, W-Series, and CP-Series — a model for every role.

The T-series is Yealink’s core business desk phone line. Each model supports SIP and connects directly to PIP’s hosted PBX or any SIP-compatible phone system.

Yealink T54W Colour Touchscreen IP Phone

W-Series DECT Cordless

For staff who need to move around — warehouse, workshop, clinic floor. DECT cordless coverage with the same extension features as a desk phone.

CP-Series Conference Phones

Dedicated conference units for meeting rooms and boardrooms. Every model supports HD audio and is designed to be the only device on the table.

  • CP920 — 3m pickup radius, touch interface, entry conference room
  • CP925 — built-in recording, wider pickup, medium boardroom
  • CP960 — 20-foot pickup radius, Android OS, premium boardroom

Accessories & Expansion

Add capacity and comfort to any deployment without replacing the core handset.

  • EXP50 expansion module — 60 additional programmable keys for reception and operator positions
  • Headset adapters for compatible T-series models
  • Yealink VC Desktop softphone for remote and laptop users

What to Consider

Four things worth knowing before you choose handsets.

Power over Ethernet (PoE)

All Yealink T-series phones support PoE — they draw power through the ethernet cable, removing the need for a separate power adapter at every desk. Requires a PoE-capable network switch. PIP assesses your cabling and switch capacity as part of the handset deployment.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Several T-series models support optional Wi-Fi for locations where running a new ethernet cable is impractical. Bluetooth enables pairing with wireless headsets or mobile phones for call handoff. PIP advises which models suit your environment.

Softphones for remote staff

For staff working remotely or from laptops, PIP can provision softphone apps on the same extension as a physical handset — Yealink VC Desktop, Zoiper, or similar. Calls to the extension ring on both the desk phone and the laptop.

Existing handsets

If your business already has SIP-compatible IP phones from Yealink, Cisco, Grandstream, or another manufacturer, PIP can reconfigure them to connect to PIP’s hosted PBX in most cases. Hardware replacement is not always required when switching VoIP providers.

What PIP Provides

Supply, configure, install,
train and support.

Supply

Yealink handsets sourced directly as an authorised reseller. Current production models with Australian warranty. No grey imports, no discontinued stock.

Configuration

Every handset is configured before delivery — extension provisioned, display name set, voicemail and BLF configured, ringtone profiles applied. Phones arrive ready to plug in.

Installation

PIP technicians install handsets across Greater Sydney and the Central Coast. Includes cable runs where needed, PoE verification, and handset placement to your floor plan.

Training

Staff walkthrough on day of installation — call transfer, voicemail access, DND, and any features relevant to your call flow. Not a printed manual.

Ongoing support

Handset faults, replacement units, firmware updates, and additional handsets as your business grows — all handled by PIP’s team.

Supply Condigure Install Yealink

When PIP installs your phone system, your staff don’t receive a box of hardware and a setup guide. Every handset arrives pre-configured with the right extension, display name, and voicemail — tested before it leaves our hands. PIP’s team installs on-site, walks your staff through the system on the day, and is the number you call when anything needs attention after that.

Pre-configured. Installed. Supported by one team.

Phones that arrive ready to use — not ready to set up.

Is It Right For You?

Yealink handsets from PIP are the right move if…

You’re buying IP phones for the first time alongside a new VoIP or hosted PBX system

You’re replacing ageing handsets on an existing VoIP or PBX setup

You’re fitting out a new office and need phones from scratch — single site or multi-site

You purchased handsets elsewhere and need configuration, installation, and ongoing support

You need DECT cordless coverage for staff who move around — warehouse, clinic, workshop

You need a conference phone for a boardroom or meeting room that actually works first time

No minimum order. No fleet required.

PIP supplies and configures Yealink handsets for businesses from a single phone for a home office through to a full multi-site fleet. Every handset gets the same pre-configuration treatment regardless of quantity.

Already have SIP-compatible phones?

If your existing Yealink, Cisco, or Grandstream handsets are SIP-compatible, PIP can reconfigure them to connect to PIP’s hosted PBX without replacement. Assessed on a model-by-model basis — PIP will tell you what’s worth keeping and what should be replaced.

From assessment to live calls — fully managed.

1

Assessment

Extensions, call volumes, hunt groups, IVR, and after-hours routing. Documented before provisioning begins.

2

Provisioning

PBX provisioned on PIP’s infrastructure. Extensions created, DIDs assigned, call routing configured.

3

Number Porting

Existing numbers transferred from your current provider. PIP coordinates timing for continuity.

4

Handset Config

Existing SIP handsets reconfigured remotely. New Yealink handsets supplied, configured, and delivered.

5

Testing & Go-Live

Full inbound and outbound testing across all extensions. Hunt groups and IVR verified. No go-live until everything works.

6

Ongoing Management

Configuration changes, new extensions, additional DIDs, and faults handled by PIP — included in managed IT or per-request.

We pre-configured every handset at our end before the installation day: extensions assigned, display names loaded, BLF keys mapped to the reception workflow they’d signed off on. On site, it was plug in and test — no configuration on the floor. The whole floor was live by midday.
