This ensures our products and services hold up to standard that is by far one of the highest available.
We created our own data network in 1995. This has expanded as technologies have progressed. Our network is backed primarily by Telstra with whom we have a wholesale relationship, but also utilises other tier one providers such as MCI and AAPT for redundant data feeds.
PIP has its own datacentre, this data centre is used for specialised hosting and application development. PIP also has space in the well-known Fujitsu Datacentres where clients can rent space or have their cloud application or servers hosted. The SLA’s on these datacentres are as close to 100% as practical, providing world class facilities to our clients.

All PIP staff have a core interest in IT and the technology that goes with it. Each has a special area of expertise and are constantly developing new ideas and techniques in their field to bring to a client’s solution. To compliment this they attend numerous seminars, product releases and shows throughout the year to ensure they have the latest product knowledge to guide our clients through to the most appropriate solution technology can offer.
